Chief Olisa Metuh -the PDP spokesperson, was arraigned for a court hearing today in handcuffs. Metuh who was dragged to a Federal High court in Abuja in handcuffs few days back -is being arraigned for destroying EFCC evidence. He allegedly tore his written statement on Jan. 14th.
