Girl Caught Having S3x In Aeroplane Toilet With A Total Stranger

20-Year-Old Caught Having Se x In Aeroplane Toilet With Total Stranger… As Parents Sat Nearby
A British woman was arrested after losing her temper with cabin crew who caught her locked in an aeroplane toilet with a man she had just met.

The apparently drunk tourist is said to have been handcuffed to a chair by flight attendants – to the horror of her parents, who were travelling with her.

She was on an 11-hour Virgin Atlantic flight from Gatwick to Las Vegas last week when she reportedly struck up a friendship with the man sitting in  the next seat.

They disappeared to the aircraft toilet and other travellers soon complained of hearing noises from inside.

The paper reported the incident happened on a flight from London Gatwick to Las Vegas in the US last week

The woman was questioned by police but released with a warning before continuing her holiday in the notorious Nevada resort.

It comes just week after an Australian was arrested for apparently mistaking the cockpit door of a Virgin Australia flight from Brisbane to Bali for the toilet, triggering a hijack scare.

Matt Lockley told Bali police that he banged on what he thought was the toilet door of Boeing 737-800 aircraft, sparking the terrorism fears. Mr Lockley, 28, was later released without charge.

Last year, Virgin America launched a new service that allows passengers to send drinks, a meal or treats to fellow passengers in a move which many said encouraged mid-air flirting. Virgin Atlantic said last night they do no accept bad behaviour by any passengers on board their planes

21-Year-Old Student Who Impersonates Lagos CP Arrested

The police in Lagos have arrested a polytechnic student, Obinna Collins, who allegedly impersonated the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, to defraud some members of the public.

Punch learnt that 21-year-old Collins allegedly opened a fake Facebook account in the name of the CP, through which he solicited funds to run a non-existent charity.

According to the police, Collins was trailed and arrested after defrauding one of his victims ─ a woman ─ who he allegedly asked to send N20,000 to his account.

It was gathered that the woman, after realising that she had been duped, reported the matter at the Lagos State Police Command headquarters, which eventually led to Collins’ arrest at a filling station in the Ikeja area.

Speaking with Punch Metro, Collins, who claimed to be an Electrical Engineering student of the polytechnic, said he had defrauded only one victim before his arrest. He added that he was looking for money to pay his school expenses.

He said, “I opened a Facebook account for the Lagos CP in September. I chose the CP of Lagos because I knew it was a popular office. I opened the account as a means to sustain my studies. I opened it to help myself in school. I only defrauded a woman. She sent N20,000 to my bank account.

“The lady’s name is Ronke. She said she wanted to date the Commissioner of Police, and she wanted to also meet me. She added that she had feelings for me. I told her that I run a charity and had a group of boys that I sponsored their education. So, I asked her to send in a support and she sent the money.

“I was arrested by the police at a filling station in Ikeja. I did not know the lady had reported me after paying the money. I came to the area to meet her and I was arrested.

“Now, I feel guilty that I went into this.”

26-Year-Old Musician Disappears From Police Cell In Lagos

The whereabouts of a 26-year-old youth, Waidi Kabiru, had been a mystery since Sunday, November 23, after he was reportedly whisked away from the custody of the Igbogbo Police Station, Lagos State, by a three-man gang.

It was gathered that the three gang members, who put on masks, had sneaked into the station around 1am on Sunday and bundled him out of the cell to an unknown place. It was learnt that Waidi, a musician, was arrested by a team of policemen who raided Shelewu Road, in the Ikorodu area of the state on Friday, November 21.

The state police command confirmed Waidi’s arrest, but said he had been released on bail. The command, however, did not disclose the surety to whom the youth was released. Waidi’s father, Mr. Bisiriyu Kabiru, said he had been visiting his son since Friday when he was arrested, adding that he had gone to the station to give him food on Sunday only to be told that he was no longer inside the cell.

He said, “He called me on the phone around 9am on Friday that he was arrested during a raid and I went to the station to see him. One of the policemen I met asked me how much I had to bail him out and I said N4,000. But he told me it wasn’t enough and I left. I later came back with N5,000, but I was told that the DPO had taken over the case.

“On Saturday, I brought food for him (Waidi) at the station and was there till the evening, trying to secure his bail. When I got there on Sunday to give him food, the policemen at the counter said he had gone out with the DPO. But I was not allowed to see the DPO. I later learnt that he was whisked out of the cell early Sunday morning by three men who were masked. It was on Monday that I decided to inform his mother.”

Waidi’s mother, Karimat Adebanbi, said she went to the station on Monday and was shown a register containing details of suspects.

According to her, the record reads that Waidi was nabbed during a raid, but had been released.

The mother said the policemen directed her to the DPO when she demanded to know the person that stood as a surety for him. She added that her efforts to meet with the DPO were frustrated by his men.

She said, “The policemen I met at the station called my son from the cell, but nobody answered. They checked the register and saw his name there, indicating that he had been released on bail. I asked them who stood as a surety for him, but they refused to tell me. They told me to look for him at his friends’ houses. We don’t know his whereabouts and his number is switched off.

“I went to the station again on Thursday and Saturday to see the DPO; they said he was not around. I called him several times before he picked his call. He said he was somewhere and told me to wait. I waited for hours but he did not come back.”

Our correspondent gathered that the family had also petitioned the state Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, through an activist, Prince Akinsemoyin, to investigate Waidi’s disappearance from the cell.

The petition also requested the CP to quiz the DPO and policemen involved in the case to unrasvel the circumstances surrounding the youth’s disappearance.

It read in part, “I wish to bring to your attention that up till now, the whereabouts of Waidi Kabiru is still unknown. We strongly suspect a foul play in this matter. The time has come to critically investigate the DPO and the role the DPO played in this case. If he has been released, to whom? On what grounds was he released to the surety and what offence was he arrested for?

“We would like the police to produce the surety or else the policemen involved in this matter need to explain his sudden disappearance from Igbogbo police’s custody. This incident is capable of bringing the image of the police to disrepute. We hereby request a full scale investigation into this matter.”

The Lagos State police spokesperson, DSP Joe Offor, said Waidi was not abducted from the cell, insisting that he had been released on bail. He, however, said he did not have the knowledge of the name of the surety.

He said, “It was not true that he was abducted. The suspect was released on bail to an identifiable person. The DPO said he had the name of the surety, but he did not disclose the name of the person to me.”

EFCC Arraigns 2 French Nationals, Lawyer Over Alleged Forgery And Uttering

Two French  Nationals, Gnahouse Sonrou Nazaire and Senoue  Modeste, were yesterday, remanded in prison custody over alleged forgery and uttering, pending the perfection of their bail conditions by a Lagos State High Court sitting at Igbosere.

Justice Raliat Adebiyi, remanded them after listening to the submission of the defendants’ counsel, Rickey Tarfa, SAN, urging the court to grant them bail. Justice Adebiyi granted the defendants bail in the sum of N500,000 each with two sureties each in like sum. She said the two sureties must be gainfully employed, and must be Nigerian citizens.

Earlier, the defendants and a lawyer, Ferdinand Egede were arraigned before the court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, over alleged forgery and uttering.

The three defendants are facing four-count charge bordering on conspiracy, forgery and uttering preferred against them by the EFCC.

The EFCC prosecutor, Chikezie Udozie, told the court that the defendants committed the alleged offences on May 28, 2007.

He said the defendants conspired among themselves to forge Rana Prestige Industry Ltd ordinary resolution, which was purported to have been signed by one Madam Rasheedatu.

Udozie also alleged that on November 22 2005, the defendants forged Cooperate Affairs Commission form CAC 17 and also alleged that it was signed by Madam Rasheedatu.

The prosecutor further stated that on the same date the defendants uttered the forged document of first cooperate affairs form which was also purported to have been signed by the same Rasheedatu to the commission as genuine.

However, the defendants pleaded not guilty to the charge against them.

The counsel to the first and second defendants, Rickey Tarfa,  urged the court to grant them bail in the most liberal term as they were still presumed innocent until  proven guilty.

The counsel to EFCC urged the court to dismiss the bail application filed by the first and second defendants and order for accelerated trial, claiming that the first and second defendants had jumped bail before.

He said he was not opposing the third defendant’s bail application dated  October 4, adding that the lawyer who represented himself had been visiting EFCC office since bail was granted to him.

In her ruling, the judge granted the third defendant bail in self recognition, while she admitted the first and second defendants on bail in the sum of N500,000 each and adjourned till February 5 and 11, 2016, for trial.

In her submission, representative of the Population Council Abuja, Dr. Sylvia Adebajo noted that only 500,000 people are currently on treatment, while the 2.9 million largely men, serve as reservoir for the spread of HIV.

“Men do not go to hospital as much as women so they are the most difficult to reach. Those at higher risks include; women, homosexuals, men who engage with drugs and those who have sex with female sex workers.”

Adebajo said  the attitude of testing people and letting them go without follow up needs to be stopped, and more people, particularly men needs to be reached with treatment.

Director-General of NIMR, Prof Innocent Ujah regretted that despite that effective available for the diagnosis and clinical management, the AIDS epidemic still claims an estimated two million lives each year, of which about 270, 000 are children.

“The multi – year theme since 2012 has been “getting to zero with the three main sub-themes of zero new infections, zero deaths from AIDs – related illnesses and zero discrimination.

Ujah who lauded the UNAIDS 90 – 90 -90 initiative said it was designed to have 90 percent of all people diagnosed with HIV infection receive sustained ARV therapy and 90- percent of all people receiving ARV will have viral suppression.

“With 90 percent of those on treatment having viral suppression, there will be a drastic break of transmission of new infection and end the HIV/AIDS pandemic by 2030.”
