Photo: 29-Year-Old Woman Commits Suicide For Turning 30 Without A Husband Or Kids

29-year-old Rachel Gow, (pictured above) from Haslingden, Lancashire, whose greatest wish was to get married and have kids but unfortunately she killed herself after becoming troubled that she was approaching 30 years and still unmarried and childless, struggled to overcome the death of her mother, and desperately wanted a family of her own.

According to Dailymail, but as her 30th birthday approached, she revealed to family members that she felt she was 'not where she should be in life' and that other members of her family were 'doing better than her.'

The inquest was told that she was worried her boyfriend Anton Tsvarev, 30 would leave her, and suffered a number of insecurities about the relationship.

The day she died, Miss Gow sent him a text message wishing him 'all the best for the future' before poisoning herself. Mr Tsvarev who had been visiting a friend later found Miss Gow but she died despite attempts by him to revive her.

The day before Rachel was found last November 1, the couple went to her father's house to look after his dog while he was away. But in the morning, the couple had an argument over a text message Miss Gow had found on Mr Tsvarev's phone from someone else.

He said:

'In the morning we both got up. I had my phone on charge in the bed room. She looked at it. She came into the living room very upset telling me to leave. She had found texts on my phone from someone. They were not out of the ordinary. She didn't see it that way.'

Later that the day couple drove home to their house in Haslingden and Anton went out to visit a friend in Preston.

He said:

'She was still upset when we arrived home. She was very agitated. This was not a new thing. 'I got a text from her wishing me the best for the future. It was common place after an argument so I didn't think anything of it.'

However Mr Tsvarev 'had a really bad feeling' so he decided to go back to Haslingden to see if everything was all right. 

He said:

' I went into the lounge. The lights were off but the fire was on. I could see her lying on the floor.'....

Obasanjo Has One Leg In PDP And Another In APC- Ayo Fayose

The Governor of Ekiti State, Gov Ayo Fayose mark his 100 days in office as the Governor and he opened up on his feelings towards the Former President Olusegun Obasanjo and also his thoughts towards Gen Buhari.

I am not saying I am perfect, but people close to me know that I am frank and blunt to a fault. I don’t like hiding behind a finger. The advert is to warn us as a nation to avoid mistakes that we made in the past and which really drove us close to the precipice. The bitter truth that some people may not want to hear is that General Muhammadu Buhari is too old for the assignment some people, for their selfish reasons, want to force on him. I don’t have apology over the advert, it is my personal opinion.

Before the advert, the APC had arranged to fly Buhari out for medical check up. It was even published in a newspapers. But they could not go on with the arrangement because of the advert. Tell me, who is fooling who?. Was it not Obasanjo who said Yar’Adua was hale and hearty in 2007 to rule the country? And the man died mid- way. It is the same Obasanjo that is again branding another old horse. The advert is meant to appeal to sense of reasoning, to avoid pitfall, it is not death wish as my critics termed it.

    Why should I apologise? I have nobody to apologise to over the matter. I only expressed my personal opinion and that is guaranteed under the constitution of Nigeria, our dear country

On Obasanjo

I don’t have anything personal against Obasanjo. I see him shooting the tyre of the vehicle that is conveying us which is PDP. If the vehicle should have an accident, all of us will be in for it. While he was the president of this country, he was intolerant to criticism from within the party.

Some people lost their positions for criticising his actions. In developed countries like America, you can’t find former presidents openly criticising the incumbent. It is not that they agree with policies or actions of the person in power. They have ways of expressing their positions to the president without the public or the press knowing. Obasanjo is not the only former president in this country. 

Why don’t others act like him?. He likes playing to the gallary. It is like you don’t know who Obasanjo is. He has made up his mind about President Goodluck Jonathan and there is no way anyone can pacify him.

Despite all the appeals and meetings with him by various PDP leaders, including President Jonathan, has he changed? No. If a tooth is rotten, it is better it is removed before others get infected as well. Don’t forget, he has one leg in PDP and the second leg in APC. All his boys are in APC.


His attitude is if it is not him, it must not be anybody else. Was he not the one who told us in 2011 that if it is not Jonathan, it cannot be any other person to be president. What has gone wrong between then and now? Jonathan has refused himself to be pocketed by Obasanjo. That is his character. We will not allow him to destroy our vehicle. We should not shy away from saying the truth, people can criticize you, but that should not discourage you.

I Am Ready To Work With Don Jazzy – D’banj Bangalee

Nigerian musician, D'banj Bangalee which real name is  Dapo Oyebanji, has revealed his willingness to still work with his ex-producer, Don Jazzy.

Dbanj  blamed Dr Sid as the cause of Mo Hits Crew break-up which had brought him together with Don Jazzy.

Speaking in a recent interview with Olisa Adibua’s chat show, The Truth,


 D’banj said: 

“I know that everyone wants me and Don Jazzy to work together again and I think there is a possibility of that happening, if the price is right.

    I bumped into Don Jazzy in America and we discussed the possibility of a reunion, a business reunion.

    Don Jazzy told me that it would have to be for the right money for that to ever happen.”

The energetic performer, who not long ago celebrated his 10th anniversary as an entertainer, insisted that he had had great success since leaving Mo’Hits contrary to public perception that his career suffered most from the split.

He maintained that he has won awards, traveled the world, had the most downloaded song in 2013 and reached the point where he wanted to “expand and do something new”.

D’banj, who said the fact that he hasn’t been spending all his time in Nigeria has not made him less successful, denied reports that his new song, Feeling the Nigga was written for Akon and that he made a cameo appearance in it.

Tragedy: Wife Stabs Lawyer Husband To Death In Bayelsa State

A 33-Year-Old man, Mr. Henry Gagariga, (pictured above with wife) was killed by his 28-Year-Old wife Victoria who tragically stabbed him to death on 29th, January at their residence along Ebisam Road in Akenfa in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

Victoria allegedly stabbed her husband a legal practitioner on the neck with a kitchen knife following a quarrel caused by “a minor domestic disagreement.” 

Sources said the duo cohabited for some years before legalizing their union in Yenagoa last June. 

It was gathered that their union had yet to produce children. Gagariga was said to have lost a lot of blood and later died at a hospital where he was rushed to for treatment. His body had been deposited at an undisclosed mortuary in the state.

Victoria was identified as a daughter of a retired director in the state Ministry of Information from Brass local government area of the state. 

She is said to be an employee of the Bayelsa State Council for Arts and Culture.

Her deceased husband was an indigene of 

Sagbama local government area of the state.

The state’s Police Public Relations Officer, Asinim Butswat, confirmed the incident.

Obasanjo Says He Will Not Talk Until February 14th

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo Today in Kano refused to comment on the agitations surrounding the suspension of the February 14 General Elections, saying “I will comment on the election until 14^th of February.”

Obasanjo who was in Kano on the invitation of the Kano state governor Engineer Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso to commission the multi billion naira flyover located at the Ibrahim Taiwo road, commended Kwankwaso for the giant stride he has achieved in the provision of basic infrastructure in the state.

He said Kwankwaso has actually made him proud by not disappointing the people of Kano of his leadership quality in steering the affairs of the state peacefully.

Obasanjo who spoke on what the future could hold for Kwankwaso said; “Kwankwaso, it is very instructive to note that, and I will like to once again appreciate you for what you have done and what you are doing here.

“As I said, the experience you have acquired as minister of defence, will continue to help you, I hope that such quality will stand for you for future endeavors, because I believe God has not finished with you yet.

“My prayer and hope as you move along in life is that whatever your hand finds to do, you will do it in the best of your ability because the future is still beckoning.”

Obasanjo who eulogizes Kwankwaso said; 

“Before I came to Kano this time, I have been hearing from the people who have been visiting Kano, that you have paid great attention to infrastructural development, I know of course you have also paid great attention to education and I said this to you.

“From what I see you doing in education, sending Kano citizens who can excel to different universities in Nigeria, opening a second university in the state and also sending them to universities abroad. I say this to you 10 to 15 years from now, when all this measures you have taken have matured and yielding fruits, I will not be surprise to find Kano men and women in all corners of Nigeria,”.

Police Finds Drugs In Bobby Kristina Apartment

Police found drugs in Bobbi Kristina’s house in the wake of her near drowning, according to family members.

Over the weekend, cops went back a second time to search the house. The first time they went they found nothing, but seized several items during the second chance.

Cops didn't confirm they found drugs, but family sources tell TMZ that's what was found.
Law enforcement sources who pleaded anonymity also said Bobbi Kristina ended up face down in a bathtub as a result of drugs. 

Sad, considering her mum died around this time three years ago of a drug overdose. Here's hoping she gets well soon...

South African Girl Pours Acid on Her Boyfriend Egg Plant After Releasing their S*x Tape

A South African girl poured acid on her boyfriend egg plant after releasing  their  s*x tape without her knowledge.

According to MetroUK reports, Humphrey Khoza, 25, filmed him and his 17-year-old girlfriend – who cannot be named for legal reasons – having s*x using his laptop without her knowledge, with the video later finding its way into social media.

But after the video went viral, the furious teenager confronted Khoza in a public place, calling him a ‘dog’
before throwing battery acid over his lap.

    ‘Everything happened in a blink of an eye because I saw her when she was coming with a bottle but I didn’t realise that she was carrying acid,’ Khoza, from Mpumalanga, South Africa, told Citi FM Online.

    ‘She just angrily called me a dog. She asked how in the world I could have done such an evil thing to her. It was only then that I realised that she was talking about the video that I took while we were having s*x.’

Khoza, who said he doesn’t know how the video ended up on social media, has been told his penis will never work again and he has to urinate through a tube.

    ‘Even if I press charges it is useless because it won’t bring back my manhood. Her being in jail will just ruin her future because she is still young and I do not have the energy to attend courts,’ he said.

Photos: Model Stabs Identical Twin Sister Because She Was Jealous Of Her Relationship With A Man

A Croatian model has been arrested and faces an attempted murder charge after she allegedly stabbed her identical twin sister because she was believed to be jealous of her relationship with a man they both liked.

Sara Grkovic, 22, and her twin Dajana lived together with their mother in the northern Croatian port city of Rijeka.

Police were called on Saturday night after a violent row in which Sara plunged a kitchen knife into her twin sister leaving her critically injured and fighting for her life.

One neighbour told local TV: 'They were apparently arguing about a man that they both liked. He seems to have settled down in a relationship with Dajana and Sara was not happy about it. 

'I never would have thought it would come to her trying to kill her sister though.' 

'They were always immaculately groomed and polite, and as alike as two peas in a pod. I never knew which one was passing me in the corridor but they always said hello. 

She said that she did not often see the two girls together although they lived at the same address, and thought that despite the fact they were identical twins there was an element of jealousy between the two over who was the more attractive.

She said: 'Both of them were stunning, I don't think they worried about competition from other women, but they were certainly jealous of each other.'

Dajana is currently in the intensive care ward at the local hospital with a deep wound to her chest and to her thigh. She's in a stable condition. 

The girls' mother is believed to be working in Germany while their father isn't in contact with the family, according to family friends.

One told local media: 'They had been a bit wild since their mother went away, and they were left to their own devices. But we never thought it would come to something like this.'culled

Tragedy: Couple Shot Dead At Wedding Venue By Ex-Lover In Delta State

A man who was angry for being dumped by his girlfriend has gone crazy and cause choes in the Ukala community of Delta State on Saturday, January 31st, 2015 when he stormed the wedding venue of his ex-girlfriend, and shot the couple to death.

According to Nigerian Monitor reports, he went further to shoot at the guests who were gathered to witness the event and eventually killed the bride’s mother in the process. Their relationship which had lasted for eight years without leading them to the altar. 

Some sources disclosed that her intention was to make Teddy propose to marry her with immediate effect since they had both secured jobs.

After receiving the news, Teddy was said to have started nurturing plans to finally settle down with her. 

Things took new turns however, when Stephany’s mum suddenly appeared with a United Kingdom-based businessman who arrived Nigeria in December 2014 and introduced him to Stephany.

The deceased bride’s mum told her that the unnamed United Kingdom man was in dire need of a wife and Stephany who was desperate to settle down welcomed the idea since virtually all her mates were married.

They started plans to tie the knot as soon as practicable without any knowledge of the unforeseen danger ahead. 

Unfortunately they could not live to tell the story of their big day as the bride’s angry ex-lover decided to nip the relationship in the bud by sniffing life out of them halfway into their wedding ceremony.
