Yesterday, a young man identified simply as Linus, from Phase 1, Police barrack, Gwagwalada, Abuja, was apprehended for stealing his neighbor’s goat, killing it and attempting to sell it at an abattoir, nearby.

He was paraded with the dead goat and made to pay N5,000 in compensation, to the owner.
